Our secondary processes include multilayer chemical coating, degating or gate-cut process (manual, semi-auto and fully auto), visual inspection (manual and fully auto) and maintenance/modification of molds. Currently we have 8 units of coating machine which are capable of performing multiplayer coating process using different types of metal and chemical, which can be custom-design to suit our customers requirement.
